How auto job apply works

Set up once, in about ten minutes. After that it runs through the day without you.

STEP 1Connect without sharing passwordsZpply opens each portal's own sign-in page and you log in yourself. Only an encrypted session is kept, and it is deleted the moment you disconnect that portal.
STEP 2Set the rules onceRoles, locations, salary, companies to skip, and a daily limit. Setup takes about ten minutes and your progress saves as you go.
STEP 3Match and score through the dayZpply checks every connected source as new roles appear and scores how well each one fits, with a plain explanation of why.
STEP 4Apply, then hand you the receiptReview mode holds each application until you approve it. Auto mode sends the ones that meet your rules. Either way you get a record of what was sent, when, and what happened next.

Where Zpply applies

Zpply does not integrate with employers one at a time. It applies through the systems employers already run on, which is why supporting a handful of platforms reaches far more companies than a list of names suggests. If a careers page runs on one of these, it is reachable.

And the job boards you already use

Zpply uses your existing login session on each portal and never stores your password.

Applying by hand, versus letting it run

Illustrative: twenty applications across three portals in one week.

Time per applicationBy hand: 18 minutes of typingWith Zpply: 40 seconds to approve
Time spent on formsBy hand: 6 hoursWith Zpply: 13 minutes
Posting to applicationBy hand: 2 to 3 daysWith Zpply: Under 1 hour
Application recordBy hand: Scattered across portals and inboxesWith Zpply: One receipt per application

What it will not do

Most auto apply tools sell volume: hundreds of roles a day with a generated cover letter attached to each. Recruiters notice, and it is the reason auto apply has the reputation it has. These are the limits Zpply holds instead.

It will not invent answersIf a form asks something your profile cannot answer, Zpply stops and asks you. It does not fabricate experience, skills or motivations to fill a box.
It will not mass blastYou set the daily limit and Zpply never exceeds it. The default is 6 applications a day, not hundreds.
It will not hide failuresSubmissions that fail are shown to you so you can finish them yourself, rather than being quietly dropped from a success count.
It will not lock you inPause everything with one control, disconnect any portal, or delete your account, at any time.

What it costs

Your first 10 applications are free and no card is required. After that, Pro is 999 per month and includes up to 100 applications a week. Cancel any time.

Questions people ask

Is auto job apply free?

Your first 10 applications are free and no card is required. After that, Pro costs ₹999 per month and includes up to 100 applications a week. You can cancel at any time.

Do I need a browser extension?

No. Zpply runs online and applies on your behalf without you keeping a browser tab open, so it keeps working while your laptop is closed.

Does auto applying to jobs hurt my chances?

It can, and often does. Tools that send hundreds of applications a day with a generated cover letter attached produce exactly the output recruiters have learned to filter out. What harms you is volume and invented content, not automation itself. The defence is a low daily limit, real answers from your own verified profile, and never fabricating something you did not say.

How many jobs can it apply to in a day?

You choose the daily limit and Zpply never exceeds it. The default is 6 applications a day, which is deliberately low.

Will an employer know the application was automated?

Zpply adds no label or note to your application. It submits through the standard form using your own connected session, so what the employer receives is an application from you.

Do you store my passwords?

No. You sign in on each portal yourself. Zpply keeps only an encrypted session, which is deleted when you disconnect that portal.

Can I review applications before they are sent?

Yes. Review mode holds every application until you approve it. Auto mode sends the ones that meet the rules you set. You can switch between the two at any time.
