Do I need a browser extension?
Only for Naukri, once: the Zpply extension saves your signed-in session after you log in yourself. Company career sites need no extension. After that, Zpply applies from its own servers, so it keeps working while your laptop is closed.
Does auto applying to jobs hurt my chances?
It can, and often does. Tools that send hundreds of applications a day with a generated cover letter attached produce exactly the output recruiters have learned to filter out. What harms you is volume and invented content, not automation itself. The defence is a low daily limit, real answers from your own verified profile, and never fabricating something you did not say.
How many jobs can it apply to in a day?
Up to your plan's limit: 25 a day on Pro, 10 in total on Free. You can set a lower daily limit, and Zpply never goes past it. Applications held for your answer, or that fail, do not count.
Will an employer know the application was automated?
Zpply adds no label or note to your application. It fills the same form a person would, in your name, so what the employer receives is an application from you.
Do you store my passwords?
No. On Naukri you sign in yourself and Zpply keeps only an encrypted session, deleted when you disconnect. Company career sites need no password at all.
Can I review applications before they are sent?
Yes. Review mode holds every application until you approve it. Auto mode sends the ones that meet the rules you set. You can switch between the two at any time.
