Auto apply to Workday jobs

Workday makes you create an account per employer and retype your whole history. Zpply fills it from your profile and submits, and asks you when a question is genuinely new.

What Workday is

Workday Recruiting is the hiring module of Workday, the HR system most large enterprises run on. Their job listings sit on a subdomain of the employer, usually something like myworkdayjobs.com.

Why applying through it takes so long

Workday asks you to create a separate account with every employer, then re-enter your education and full work history into their own fields, even when you have already uploaded a resume that contains all of it. One application is commonly fifteen to twenty minutes.

What Zpply does on Workday

Zpply signs in with the account you created for that employer, fills the history fields from your verified profile, and submits. Where Workday asks something your profile cannot answer, it stops and asks you rather than guessing.

Applied in the first hour

Zpply checks for new Workday roles through the day and applies while they are still open.

Your session, not your password

You sign in yourself. Zpply stores an encrypted session and deletes it the moment you disconnect.

A receipt for every send

The resume, the answers, the submission time and the status, so you can follow it up yourself.

No invented answers

If a Workday form asks something your profile cannot answer, Zpply stops and asks you.
